AGM via Zoom

The Executive team at P&KCGU have agreed to hold our AGM remotely using Zoom on Wednesday 16th December at 7pm.  We are required by our constitution to hold an AGM – but under the current COVID 19 restrictions feel that it is best for everyone to make use of Zoom – which has already been used by a number of our Clubs for their own AGM’s.

This will not be a normal AGM per se, it is merely a way of ensuring that we meet our obligations and formalise the succession planning for the Executive Team.

However, we still want to give all of our Clubs the opportunity to raise any issues, resolutions or motions and ask that any such business be sent (by email) to secretarypandk@gmail.com by Sunday 13th Dec.

Anyone that wishes to attend the AGM on Weds 16th Dec must also email secretarypandk@gmail.com in order to be sent the Zoom Invite link.  We will record the AGM and make this available as part of the “pack” that will be distributed as normal following the meeting.

We hope that everyone understands and supports our decisions at this time and our aim is to be ready and able to react and plan for the future as soon as we are allowed – to get back to doing what we all like best – which is supporting and promoting golf within Perth & Kinross.
